May I just ask as ro whether you have recently renewed your subscription? And if so then how you did that, i.e., did you add time to your existing keycode or did you get and activate a new keycode?
Just an idle thought re. your issue.

OK, it was just a thought as sometimes a renewal can cause the password data to 'disappear'...and therefore best to rule that out. ;)
