i use a infected USB device ( Flashdisk )
i scan it with my WSC and do not detected any malware . but becuase all files hidden i am sure it was threats .
then i Scan flashdisk with TM ATTK and it detected 2 Qt , malwares .
Why my webroot can not detected these malwares ?

The reason that the malware that you are saying is not detected by WSA is not detected is because it is most likely not active. And as it is not active then WSA will ignore it as inactive malware is absolutely no threat to a system...it is just a collection of 1s & 0s. However, as soon as the malware activates WSA will detect this and look to check/determine if the file/exe is a threat, and if so will block it.
In this way WSA's philosopy & design approach to dealing with malware is so different to more traditional AVs/ISs one of which is what you scanned the USB stick with and got a detection as it was looking for signatures whether the code is active or not.
