Sorry you are having issues here but can we try a clean install just to see if that elimates your error?
Can you please do a clean reinstall of WSA and Please follow the steps closely!
- Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again
Thanks,
Thanks, will give it a go and report back whith the results....

The re install fixed the history, but the "view statistics" option still crashes with the 0x0000409 when clicking on an entry. if i click reset nothing seems to happen.... hehe
Hello @
Thank you for getting back to us!
I'm not sure what you can do now except to issue a Support Ticket free of charge with an active subscription.
Unless@ has any information concerning this error?
EDIT: I was looking this error up in Microsoft and was wondering if it's Java related?
Support is usually pretty quick so hopefully this can be resolved soon for you!
Sorry I wasn't able to assist you further!

Regards,
I have tried to find logs entries reflecting the behavior in the event viewer and no information seems to exist. I am assuming that it is just a WSA issue and silent error. everything else seems to be in working order... Thanks for your time.
