Q2. Must PC users of Webroot Secure Anywhere manually update their definitions - and if so, what is the navigation path / or screen control to be used?
Q3. My running the scan displays 'Scanning for Malware'. I never see a reference to - as an example - scanning for viruses'.
Is my version of Secure Anywhere only checking for malware - have I either purchased only that capability , or confiigured incorrectly - could someone in real time verify with me exactly what I have subscribed to for my PC?
Q4. I have Adware on my PC - why is Secure Anywhere not detecting and removing this virus?
Thank you.
