I have a personal webroot account, that has 260 days left on it. Bought a new computer had the Geek Squad at Best Buy set it up. They installed their webroot which I paid for, it their anyway the two accounts can be merged, or that I can get some kind credit for my personal webroot account?
Hello @DA I don't believe the 2 accounts can be merged from Webroot and Best Buy. You can always submit a Support Ticket or Contact Webroot Support and get an answer from them for credit. Please let us know what they say.

Thanks Dave, your so right..Talked to both webroot and Best Buy nothing either can do for me, I do know that I'll stick with webroot, I've had it on my computer for over 5 years and never had a problem...The Geek Squad will be discontinued when my year is up with them...Thanks for the reply,
