I love Webroot, and glad to be here. I have received help before and thank you. I have a hard time with Back up my computer as to what to back up. I need to empty my junk mail and where should I go for that? Also where do I defrage?

Well it depends what you want to back up. Your system files or do you want to use Backup & Sync to back up your photos,documents or music?
May I ask you what e-mail you are using? MSN? Outlook? Yahoo? GMail?
What operating system are you running? W/8 or W7?
