It all depends on if you are a business or home user and if you are using the business version and the Global Site Manager, you should have access to the support ticket system directly within your console where you can submit a ticket.
Below are link to get you to the Home Support options:
If you are business:
Endpoint & Mobile Protection support
Mon - Fri 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM (MST)
Tel: https://tel:+18008708102
option 2 I believe is tech support.
