Best of to just leave it to do its own thing and update itself (there are of course exceptions to the rule)

Hi George, just to add to what Rakanisheu said, it is also possible to download the latest installer from here: http://anywhere.webrootcloudav.com/zerol/wsainstall.exe

 

...and just run it to install 'on top' of previous version, without a problem.

Just to clarify, in case you think it is necessary to do a clean install.

 

If you wait, it should update itself soon. Have you tried "Check for Updates" in My Account>About SecureAnywhere, on main User Interface.

Also, presumably you have it set to auto-update in Advanced Settings>Install Settings?
