I don't use Webroot Backup & Sync, I just created the account to see whether I should. In the process a folder called "Webroot Backup & Sync" was created, and I can't delete that folder. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of it?

Hi tslynge
Welcome to the Community Forums.
I do not believe that one can do so without uninstalling WSA and then reinstalling it making sure that one does NOT import previous settings when the installer offers one the choice on reinstallation.

Hi tslynge
No worries. ;)
The presence of the folder should be no mpre significant than any other folder one crates but does not use. Having said that when you renew your subscription you could downgrade the the Internet Security Plus version; that does not have the Backup & Sync feature and will cost you less, BUT you would also lose the System Optimizer feature by doing that.
But worth considering as an option.
