Last night i renewed my Webroot SecureAnywhere Complete subscription yet it still says my subscription runs out soon and i need to renew

If your renewal was through Best Buy then it can take 24-48 hours for the transaction to process from Best Buy to Webroot and for the back office systems to recognise/reflect the renewal...I would give it until Monday and if you are still showing the same then contact Best Buy to find out what is going on.

 

If a renewal direct with Webroot...well, it can still take time but usually a few hours so in this case I would Open a Support Ticket so that the Support Team can take a look at the back office systems and see what is causing the delay.

 

I would also check with your bank (onlien if you can) to see if the payment has left you account/been approved by your credit card company as sometimes the transactions don't go through in which case you would need to contact the paying authority to get the payemnt moving.
