I have taken my computer to Geek squad twice, one to install Win 8.1 as it kept cycling in repair mode. Two weeks later I got a major hack that took over all of my harddrive, placed 4 servers as a device and subverted my admin rights to another "owner". Geed Squad wiped the harddrived and reinstalled. Yesterday, after sign on screen I get a grey screen, I have to log out several times to get to a desktop. There appears to be another "user" on my desk top, and there is funny activity going on, my sound no longer works, and there isn't any webroot in the start bar. Any attempts to navigate to my recovery drive results in "access denied, you do not have rights to access this drive" Same with trying to find the webroot secure anywhere program to scan. I also noted from my webroot console, I have 4 computers but they are all essentially the same computer, I don't have 4 computers. I have sent commands to lock down 3 of them and scan for what I have named my computer. I need to restore to an earlier point, but cannot get into safe mode, admin tools, pc settings etc, do not work. I get a C drive error and it looks like my desktop has been copied elswhere deep in Chrome...ugh. Finally Chrome and Firefox have users named "lemonade" and "sneaky" very concerned what is going on
