I recently renewed my Webroot Secure Anywhere and the other day, I noticed that when I use Google or Bing, some of the links in the search results are inaccesible. They'll read: "null Webroot URL Classification Category: Uncategorized Confidence:....." And they are not clickable.

Help?
Hello aceofhearts and welcome to the Webroot Community!

Yes, there is currently an issue with that which seems to have begun just a couple of days ago.  Webroot is aware of the issue and is working hard to correct it.  Keep watching the Community as there should be an annoucement when the issue has been resolved.
Thanks for letting me know this is a Webroot problem, David.

Where exactly would an announcement of resolution be posted?
Here on the Community I think, but I am not sure if they will be able to reply to each and every thread regarding the issue.
The problem you are experiencing is a minor nuiscense to the new 'Complete Sucurity Package" which by the way seems to come with every package. To open the page links simply copy + paste the link under it. If the link is to long to copy + paste it is suggested that you turn off a feature known as webshield (make sure you know the link is safe though). After you have acessed the link turn the web shield feature. ~terrenium15
Hi Terrenium15

Welcome to the Community...:D

The advice, given this is just a temporary issue, is if affected then just turn the Web Threat Shield off completely rather than messing around with it and the copy/pasting...you are still very well protected by all the other features of WSA.  And the Development Team will most probably have the issue sorted shortly, as they are working on it as a priority.

I do not highly regard this as a major issue it seems as a minor issue. It seems as just an encoding error between links and webroots database's confidence error. Not a biggie just wanted to help this person with *obviously* lower experience. 😃
Hi Terrenium15

Apologies if I was seen to suggest that you were not. I was just suggesting an alternative for precisely the reason you identified.

We are all here to help each other and learn...so please keep looking for opportunities to help other Community User where you can.
