Hi shortstack
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Do I take it from what you say that you are on a tablet or touch screen?
The permanently erase with Webroot functionality is still there. On a touch screen to effect a 'right click' you just tap and hold the icon that you want for a couple of seconds and the context menu will the displayed. You then select the 'Permanently erase with Webroot' option from the context menu.
Et voila.
