Hi All-
I am having a really tough time trying to use my data backup function. I have my username and password, but then it asks for my security code and I am not sure what that is or where I wrote it down. When I click on the link to forgot security code, I get a challenge question that I cannot answer. Is there any way to get around or reset the challenge question?

Unfortunately, if you cannot remember the Security Code, and you cannot answer the Security Question, you will need to Submit A Trouble Ticket for assistance. There is no other way that I know of to get around that situation.
