I can receive emails, but sending them generates this error:

503 valid RCPT command must precede DATA

 

I have changed ports, removed the archive file, turned off the firewall, nothing seems to work.

 

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

Have you checked out the Microsoft Support Forums?  I found this over there and there seems to be a whole lot more help over there.
