When I try to set up my ipad with webroot, I get: login Failure We were unable to log you in. Please enter your Webroot SecureAnywhere complete account credientials to access Password Management"

My apologies but I am a little confused. Are you saying that you cannot login to to WSA on your iPad or more specifically you can do that but rather are having issues logging into the Password Manage?
If you would be able to clarify a little more that would be most helpful. But I will hazard a gues and recommend that you read through this previous thread and see if that provides you with any useful information or guidance that will resolve your issue.
