Should I turn on the Windows 8.1 firewall when using Webroot?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
This is an oft asked question and the answer is 'NO'...absolutely not. WSA works with the built in Windows Firewall (it covers the inbound connections whilst WSA's Firewall handles the outbound connections).
