Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

There are indeed a number of useful spam filtering applications, some free, available. I personally use a paid for application but if you would like some informastion on the free ones then please let me know and I will send you a private message on the subject (cannot really discuss this in open forum as it is contrary to Community Guidelines ;)).
