I just set up file sync between two computers but instead of syncing the folders, it duplicated them. Now I have double everything with and none of the folders complete.
Where did I go wrong? I followed he instructions to a tee.

Hi Ivanhoe
You did not by any chance included/added your folders in the under 'Folders' AND dropped them into the Anywhere Folder as well?
As I understand it the purpose of the Anywhere Folder is for files that you want to be synchronised. And you do this by placing the folders, files, etc. you want synced in the AnywhereFolder and test if it is syncing correctly.
Could you iet us have some more infor mation as to exactly how you setting things up to synchronise if the above is not the case...and perhaps from that we can deduce what the issue is.
As a last resort, I believe that if you would like to be walked through the backup process, you can Submit a Support Ticket and see if you can arrange to provide a phone number/convenient callback time for a remote session with a Support Technician.
Hope that helps?

Hi ivanhoe
Thanks for posting back...apologies for the delay in getting back to you but I am located in the UK...and what with time difference and work during the daylight hours...
OK, thanks for the link...that is what I would have expected you to follow in terms of instructions/help. I have just followed the same instructions and do not seem to be able to get the duplication that you are getting.
So, supplementary questions; where are you seeing the duplication...is it on the source PC or on the target device? And also; what are you seeing in the Webroot Cloud (as per the screen shown under point 6. in the instructions)? That information would be most useful. :D
I await your response to see if I can help further but if you cannot wait then, as I suggested initially, you may well be better off Submit a Support Ticket and letting the experts in the Support Team take a look for you.
