but a problem .
We give remote support to users and when install webroot ( Trial or traditional ) , webroot blocked teamviewer and then we can not login remote to customer and this is not good .

Teamviewer is not blocked by default, I use it myself. If you are having issues I would advise contacting support.

Like Roy I use TeamViewer and have never this issue that you are reporting, so I suspect that you have an issue with your local system in terms of TeamViewer and how it plays with WSA. I would follow Roy's advice as the best course of next action.

Same here. I use Teamviewer reguarly and it is not blocked. The issue must be "what teamviewer you are acutally using". Make sure you are using teamviewer from their main webpage.
