Hi.

I was trying to entere my keycode in my 5th device but I could not do so.

Right now only 4 devices are confirmed to be protected with the same keycode. What happened to the 5th device?

How can I check which decided are registered under the same keycode as it is possible I used the same keycode to one of the devices I no longer use or possess.
Hi tcleversy

Welcome to the Community Forums.

The best thing to do in your circumstances is to log on to your Webroot Console (you can from here), enter your credentials to logon, enter the requested characters from your Security code and then once on the main page look for the PC Security icon...if you look at the text in that icon it will identify how many PCs you have covered, plus information as follows: .

  • 2 PCs Protected
  • 0 PCs Currently Infected
  • 0 PC Infected (last 24 hours)
To go into more detail on these clicking on the icon should then reveal a page that shows you graphically, by means of a named icon per PC, how many PC devices that you have registered to your keycode.  You can then look at, and if you have administrative rights, control these computer from here, in terms of how WSA interacts with them.

Now, if you can only see 4 devices registered then before you contact Support you need to check on the mobile devices covered as they take up a device each under the license you have.

Back on the main Console page you should have an icon entitled 'Mobile Security' that works in the same way as PC Security but for mobile devices.  Please not that it is the sum of PCs + Mobile Devices registered under your keycode that count to the number of devices...not just PCs.

If the total of devices only reaches 4 then yo will need to Open a Support Ticket so that the Support Team can take a look at your account, and that can only be done in the back office to which we in the Community have no access to.

Well, I hope that the above is of some help?  Please let us know how you get on.
