Ah, well that explains it...it would appear that this is an issue specifically with Firefox as has been declared by some other users with the same issue. I would suggest that you Open a Support Ticket to let the Support Team know that you have the same issue...the more users who notify them the more importance the issue will garner and therefore most likely the priority for a fix.
