I downloaded and installed a file for Poser/Daz Studio. It was a freebie update for an item that I had previously purchased. I scanned the file with Webroot after I downloaded and nothing was detected. There was an executable in the zip file. I scanned it again before I installed. Nothing was detected. I ran the executable and everything was fine.Or so it seemed. Shortly after the executable finished Webroot popped up and said that "uninstall" in the Poser Runtime" was infected with something. I don't remember what Malware it said. There was a next bottom on the Webroot window, I clicked on it and nothing happened after that. Maybe Webroot was doing something in the background, I don't know. but when I looked at the Hidden icons, I noticed the Webroot icon was missing. Of course, I'm alarmed by this point. So then I restart the computer. Wasn't sure if that was a good thing to do or not. Of course Windows 10 had decided to do an update right then, so it took a while befoe I could get back into the computer. Finally I was up and running again, and I checked the hidden icons and Webroot was there. I checked the quarantined files and the uninstall file was there. I ran a scan of my computer and nothing was found. I also scanned the Poser Runtime folder and nothing was found. It is located in the Public Documents folder. So should I be good at this point?
I'll just tell Webroot to delete the quarantined file. I've never uninstalled a Poser/Daz Studio item in all the years I've been using the program. But I'll wait until I see what you suggest.
I don't want to do any banking etc, unless I'm confident that it is safe.
Webroot says that it has removed two threats since I've had it on this computer. But it also says that the Last Infected scan was never. I'm not sure what to make of that.

I was also wondering why the Webroot icon was missing from the tray after I clicked the next button. Was that because it was doing something? Or maybe something to do with the Windows updates?
And also, I can see what file was infected, but how do I see what the infection was? The few times that I've had an infection, I usually get excited and I want to get rid of it as soon as possible and I don't wait to write anything down.
