I just bought webroot for the first time and can't sign into my account. When I enter the security code it comes up with Error(ISV2): Invalid security code credentials".. I tried to reset the security code and enter the answer to my security question i'm getting this error message 'Error(UPA003):Reset security answers are case sensitive.". 
That second answer's one i suffer a lot when i am just awake ... Just to be sure open up notepad and type your password in there for only you to see and be sure it's exactly the way it's supposed to be..

I.E.: If your Password = HomerSimpson that it gets written that way and not as hOMERsIMPSON perhaps cause that's what matters..
My password is being entered correctly and I do have the security code written down for reference.  I tried to make a new account and it says one has already been made for this product key.

If you are trying to reset your login credentials to your SecureAnywhere online management account and you get the message, "Error(UPW003): Your reset password request cannot be processed as your details do not match," this may mean your account has not been created or not yet been confirmed.  



It could also mean that the email address you typed in had a typo, or that you used another email address to make your account.  If you suspect this is the case, you can return to the online management account site and click Can't Log in? to try filling out the form again.



If you have not created an account yet, you can create an online management account by following the instructions here. You will be asked to create a Password and Personal Security Code. We highly recommend writing these down for future reference.



If you have already created an account, but have not confirmed it yet, click here for instructions on how to confirm your account. You will need to know your Personal Security Code to confirm the account.

 

Note: If you have not yet confirmed your online account, you will not be able to reset your Password or Personal Security Code. If you need help resetting this information, use the Contact Page and click the tab for the country that works best for you.

What shouldI do if I never received the email confirmation for creating a new account? I know my email was put in correctly as it was autofilled.
contact Support and see if they can resend the mail.

You should Open a Support Ticket, describe the issue to the Support Team (or alternatively, to save you having to type it all again provide a link to this thread instead) and ask them to help you out...they should be able to do so.
