i downloaded the program but when try to add the security code it pauses and it crashes. The whole WR page is blue. it also is showing it cannot connect to the internet. I believe im having problem with the permissions of the macbook. i verified the permissions and WR looks like is good to go. Any suggestion why WR crashes when i input the security code.
i owned WR for years now. i decided to delete it and download it again since recently it was running a little slow. did this right after i renew my subscription a couple of days ago. never had a problem with WR until now. Any suggestion???
