Hello,
I have been using Webroot Complete for years now but ran into a problem. I have two seperate consoles, one active and one expired. I can't seem to delete/remove the old expired console and tech support has been unable to assist. Doeas anyone know how the expired console may be removed?

Generally we would refer you to Support in relation to an enquiry of this type as this is normally something that can only be undertaken in the back office.
As you have contacted them I suspect that you already haev your answer but just in case he has a trick or two up his sleeve I will ping our most EXCELLENT Community Manager, ? to see whether there is something else that can be done re. this.

Support is the right avenue for this one. They'll be able to delete the older console for you.
