unable to log on passcodes set-up
unable to log-on to passcodes set-up. Error message. says check back in a few minutes or press link to support. Pressing support link says website does not have proper credentials???

Welcome to the Community Forum,
Did you setup your My Webroot Account ? If you did make sure you have permissions set by clicking on your email address and then Click on Manage Users to see if Security it set to have access by clicking on the little guy to the right of the column.
