not able to uninstall as my password is not recognised....help please

Hello buckthetrend, welcome to the Community
If you are able to log into the Console, then please view the steps in THIS KB Article.
If you are not able to log into the Console, AND you have forgotten the password set within the software that is required in order to change settings or uninstall, then please submit a Trouble Ticket to have Support assist you with this. While there IS a way to do this, it is preferred that you be verified as the account owner prior to providing the directions.
