uninstalled anywhere complete but secudrity code still required and no reduction in gb used still there somewhere i need help

Sorry to hear that you are having issues here...please take a look at this KB Article that looks to deal with such an issue.

 

If nothing helps therein then you could try something that I believe has worked in the past on occasion...that is to reinstall the Mobile app and then uninstall it again...sometimes the uninstall process goes awry. To assist with the uninstall process please take a look at the following KB Articles (HERE & HERE) that cover this topic in some depth.

 

If none of the above is of assistance then you last port of call will be to Open a Support Ticket to let the Support Team know of your issue and to get them to investigate and hopefully resolve it for you.
