Thanks For The Reply . I Had Norton And Kaspersky . Thought I Would Try Webroot And So Far It Seems To Easy.

When I Downloaded Webroot For The First Time It Found A Virus That Kaspersky Missed .

I'm about to go on my third year using Webroot. I had both the "N" and the "K" in the past and when I first got Webroot, I had the exact same questions that you have asked. I'm sure you have heard the saying " less is more ". Well, with Webroot I find its very secure, it uses a small but powerful footprint that wont slow down your computer, and Tech Support and the folks at the Support Center are the most helpful in the Industry.

Aside from some user errors on my part and my lack of computer experience, everyone who I have asked help from has treated me in a professional and courteous manner.
