valid email not recognized when logging in to backup and sync
New user on trial basis. Install went well. Set up online account. My pc is recognized and a folder has been set up to copy to on the pc and cloud. However, when I try to sign in to backup and sync, the email I just used to get in to the webroot console is not recoginzed. I am told to try again but have no options to fix this. Also, I now have a login button on Firefox and when I use that to get to the login form and put in the registered email, it is not recognized there.
