and click on the name to get it to re-appear  in the task bar and run.

Hi Gordon,

Good Morning, That sounds very unusual for WSA!

Can you please do a clean reinstall of WSA and Please follow the steps closely!

  • Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
  • KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here
  • Uninstall WSA and Reboot
  • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot once again
Please let us know if that resolves your issue?.

Thanks,

Daniel ;)
Hello Dan,

if I hit check for update and it runs lets me know there is a version to get

and see if same scenario happens? thanks for you help as always dude

No that is always the latest version even if you had and older version even if you had the CD from a Boxed version so in a sence the CD is not nessary as it always looks for the latest release before installing but when users have any sort of problems such as this it's best to do a clean reinstall as it's so small and doesn't take much time. Also I updated to this version without issues.

HTH,
