as well as all others in the past.
why the program does restart after the update? I have to actually go ito start/programs/find webroot
and click on the name to get it to re-appear in the task bar and run.
am I missing something? thank you

- Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again
Thanks,
Daniel ;)

if I hit check for update and it runs lets me know there is a version to get

No that is always the latest version even if you had and older version even if you had the CD from a Boxed version so in a sence the CD is not nessary as it always looks for the latest release before installing but when users have any sort of problems such as this it's best to do a clean reinstall as it's so small and doesn't take much time. Also I updated to this version without issues.@ wrote:
