Webroot appears to be blocking Carbonite.

Webroot appears to be blocking Carbonite (the on-line backup service) from accessing its servers. Is there a way to create an exception for Carbonite or otherwise allow it to run?

    Go ahead and contact support and they'll be able to get the necessary files whitelisted.
