Is this a Business version of Webroot? Would you reboot the Mac?

 

I normally would advise an uninstall/reinstall but that depends on your technical knowledge.

 

Buit my best advice would be to Submit a Support Ticket free of charge with your active Webroot subscription and they will get you up and running!
