Bought yesterday put disk in. Typed in code including dash then hit accept and install. Next activating came up but nothing happen waited 30 min still nothing. Did it again nothing...How do I get disk to work? Thank u

Not sure what is happing there but would suggest that you try the process with a downloaded version of the installer. If using a PC then for a Webroot version of WSA click Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE), and then:
If your subscription is directly through Webroot, you will need to contact Webroot Support. You can do so by submitting a Support Ticket if you have not already done so, or by phone during business hours. (The online Ticketing system is manned 24/7)
If your subscription is through Best Buy Subscription Software services, you may need to call them at 1-800-GEEK-SQUAD.
Do let us know how you get on either way.

- Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
- KEEP the computer online for the install, to make sure it works correctly
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again

Cd did not work.restored computer to manufacturing setting

OK, so you restored to manufacturers settings. But did you then try what was suggested instead of using the CD? And if so was that successful for you?
