I am from the Philippines and I recently was charged by Webroot twice.

Is there a way to fix this issue and refund me with the transaction?
I cannot do internation call.

Have you tried to contact Webroot directly? You can submit them a ticket and they will respond. They are exteremely helpful with these issues.
I know because I idid it twice myself.:@
