I still did not get the correct answer. I have already Renewed my webroot complete from the email confirmation. and my webroot is working fine. But the Red Expiration Message keeps on popping Up every time I turn on my computer.
I have window 10

I am afraid that there has been no real news as to the fixing of this issue so at present the watchword is, unfortunately...patience.
I am sure that the Support & Development Team are doing their utmost to resolve the issue but when it relates to an inherent issue with the operating system my suspicions are that it will take more time as there are many things to consider.
Keep watching in the knowledge that as far as I know you are still well protected and that the issue, though annoying, is in fact cosmetic...not that this will be of any solace to you.

I think not as when the previous subscription has used up the 30 day grace period I believe that the messaging will stop on its own. But if it is annoying you then you can Open a Support Ticket, explain the situation to the Support team and ask then to cancel the previous subscription.
