Hi

Sunday (3 days ago) I noted that WFE don't work with Chrome on my Home PC but all is OK with IE11.

Today the problem continues and I have noted that WFE work on my Work PC with Chrome and IE11:@

What versions of WFE are running under Chrome & IE? You should be able to tell by going into the Add On/Extension Manager for each browser and looking up the extension.

On both PC and Chrome + IE 11 I have WFE 1.2.0.40

OK, well...you would appear to have the latest version of WFE. I have just checked here as I have the same and I am getting the green check marks appearing normally in both Chrome & IE.

 

Have you tried rebooting your system to see if that helps? The information that is displayed by WFE comes from BrightCloud and I am wondering if there is an issue with server latency here.

Yes I try to reboot and also to uninstall and reinstall with "toolbarfix"...

Strange at work (on the same city) the WFE works well...

When I point with my mouse I get the following message:



 

"Temporarily unavailable evaluation. We try to restore the service. No action of........"

I am afraid that the Toolbarfix utility is only for the Password Manager-related extension and would be of no use in trying to 'fix' the WFE. You could try disabling the extensions, rebooting and then re-enabling them, otherwise the best this would be to Open a Support Ticket to see what the Support Team have to say on the issue.
