Webroot locked up
I've had Webroot complete for 2 years and it's time to renew. I have had to restore my computer 3 times in the last 4 months because Webroot freezes up. I click on my desktop icon and nothing happens. All is good after a restore. I'm thinking of getting something else. I really like Webroot but can't continue using it if I have to restore all the time.
If WSA keeps freezing it may be an indication of something else going on with your PC. I would contact support so we can gather logs. If I had to take a guess if WSA keeps crashing its normally a HDD issue, not saying it is in your case though.
