I'm currently using google chrome and up to today, when I used the search for websites the green check arrows use to appear.  However, after today - the arrows don't appear but a constant circle like it's "thinking" or reviewing the site.  However, the constant circle remains for hours.   Any help would be appreaciated.
Hello crazyshakes, welcome to the Webroot Community!

I am assuming you are using Chrome as your browser.  Google released an update to the browser this week that is disrupting parts of the Web Threat Shield.  The shield itself is still working and blocking unsafe sites, but as you have noticed the 'reputation' check on search engine results are not: all we see on Chrome when doing a search is the constant circle.

Webroot is fully aware of the issue, and they are working on it, but there is not currently an ETA on the fix.

Until the fix has been comnpleted you might want to use IE or FireFox, at least when using search engines.

Please see THIS THREAD for more information as well as comments from Webroot regarding this issue.
Thank you so much for the quick reply.  I will try a different web browser as suggested
You are most welcome.

This entire issue has been quite irritating to say the least, both to us users like you and me as well as to the Webroot Dev Team.

I personally prefer Chrome, and I am still using it.  When I want to do a search, I flip over to FireFox if I need the reputation check, and then go back to Chrome.

 :)

Hopefully we will know more within a few days!
