Hi All (and anyone who can help!):
I have installed Webfoot on my MBPro and for the most part is doing its job. However, one thing that keeps happening is that when another user is logged on, the install window shows up as if it has not been installed. The first time it occurred, I went through the install steps assuming that would be the end of it. Unfortunately the install window continues to pop on that user. Any suggestions/thoughts on what is happening? I am missing something? Thanks ahead of time for your reply

Hi mgtptman
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Sounds like something has gone not quite right with the install. As far as I am aware there is no option in relation to installing for all or just one user...I therefore suggest that you undertake an unnistall/clean reinstall to see if that resolves the issue. It is relatively quicjk and easy to do so if you would lke to try please follow these instructions:
If your subscription is directly through Webroot, you will need to contact Webroot Support. You can do so by submitting a Support Ticket if you have not already done so, or by phone during business hours. (The online Ticketing system is manned 24/7)
If your subscription is through Best Buy Subscription Software services, you may need to call them at 1-800-GEEK-SQUAD.
Hope that helps?

It is relatively quicjk and easy to do so if you would lke to try please follow these instructions:
- Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again
