Webroot says that ScanToPCActivationApp.exe has a Handle leak. How do I fix it? I am not a super tech but not hopeless either lol. Any suggestions? Is there a program that helps?

I am afraid that there is really nothing that you can do in relation to this purported handle leak. The only people who can, assuming that they are aware of it and see it as important to 'fix' are the software authors. If you want to pursue this you will need to contact the product's Support Team directly.
On the subject of the handle leak I would not worry too much as (i) System Analyzer is only a base line analyser & (ii) more importantly, if your system is still performing as expected then the leak is causing no material harm.
