WEBROOT SECURE ANYWHERE

Hello morqk2006  and Welcome to the Webroot Community Forums!
 
1)Open a Support Ticket 
 
2)If Webroot is causing a conflict, a fresh uninstall/reinstall could resolve the issue
 
Have you had an older version of Webroot installed on your computer in the past? If so, it is possible that remnants of the old program (more specifically the old firewall) are still on your computer and could be causing the issue you're experiencing.
 
Can you please do a clean reinstall of WSA? Download a Copy Here and make sure you have a copy of your keycode then Uninstall WSA and Reboot and install with the new installer let it finish it's install scan then Reboot once again and please let us know if that corrects your issue also don't import any settings just set it up the way you like after!

I did all your insructions descriped above but the problem persist.

The best suggestion I can give is Submit a Support Ticket 
 
Do you have other security products?
Do you have a restore point?
