There are no definitions updates for WSA as all of the definitions are held in the Cloud, and therefore all the determinations are carried out in the Cloud or the WIN (Webroot Intelligence Network) and as such that means that when ever you scan your system WSA is up to date in terms of the whitelists & definitions because they are  centrally held and updated.

In terms of program updates Webroot operates a program of continuous improvements and therefore 'pushes' out updates to users regularly. They are so stealthy that often you will not know that one has taken place.
