Ran System Analyzer because PC is running slowly.  Webroot scan now takes approximately 25 minutes; it normally takes 2 to 3 minutes.  What does "An active process has a possible handle leak (Tific.exe)" mean?

Hello and Welcome to the Community Forum, @

Would you have a look here at our KB article?

Have to restarted your PC lately? Try running your Analyzer again and let us know how it's going.

Please look here at the PC User Guide (EDITED)

If Webroot isn't running right then you can Contact Support free of charge with an active subscription and they will get to the bottom of this for you.

Hope this helps,

Kind Regards,

Hello Again @

I wanted to mention here that ee get alot of questions along similar lines...and the answer is always the same; System Analyzer is just a baseline tool and not really designed to be an indepth performance analysis tool.

Personally, I would not worry too much about the findings.

Kind Regards,

@  You will be better off if you use Microsoft's Performance Monitor (perfmon.exe) and run the template System Performance data collector set when your system is slow. It will provide useful insight as to what could be slowing it down.
