Can Webroot Extensions & BrightCloud Technologies detect & block Websites have Cryptocurrency Miner Script ?

 

Some websites have Coinminer Script . link

We can block URLs running cryptocurrency mining scripts. This is now blocked.

also one thing to also keep out miners is keeping hosts files updated as well.

We can block URLs running cryptocurrency mining scripts. This is now blocked.

Also if you have Meraki networking hardware they use both Brightcloud and Cisco AMP. 
You can add the following filter list for your adblocker(Ublock) to protect against miners:

https://github.com/greatis/Anti-WebMiner/blob/master/blacklist.txt

and enable - uBlock Origin -- Resource-abuse filter
