Hello ireneagarza,

Welcome to the Community Forum,

My advice would be to check out this article from Windows Help, http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/no-sound-help#no-sound=windows-8&v1h=win8tab1&v2h=win7tab1&v3h=winvistatab1&v4h=winxptab1

Do you have Windows Media Player installed? http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-media-player

Best Regards,

Hi ireneagarza

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Whilst all that Sherry advises is good advice I would ask one question...what do you mean by 'audio' and when did you notice that it was no longer working?

A little more information would help us to provide you with more specific information /advice on the issue, given that you may be running what I would call non standard audio functionality rather than just the default Windows type, and therefore it may require a non standard reply.

Knowing the audio app that you are using would help greatly.

Many thanks in anticipation.

Regards, Baldrick
what do you mean by body
Hi ireneagarza

Apologies...but it is my turn to be mystified as I do not understand as to what 'body' you are referring to?
