All YouTube videos will download to my PC and work fine except the videos I try to download from a trusted video church site that I have never had problems downloading and viewing until three weeks ago. The church website informs me no one else has any problems downloading and viewing their weekly sermons.
I tried changing browsers using all the popular browsers with no luck. I tried using another computer, no luck.
I notified my internet service provider and everything checked out Good.
When I download the video it will come on with the youtube video black screen with the small spinning light circle in the middle of the video screen, but no video or sound will ever come on. I use to work perfectly but for the past few weeks it never works.
Csn anyone help identify the problem, could it be a security breach, or setting?
Thanks
Johnny

Hi JOHNNY-BOY
Welcome to the Community Forums.
This issue can sometimes be cause by the settings for hardware acceleration in both the browser and/or Flash Player. It would usually affect all videos but I ihave heard of instances when a specific video is the issue due to the video itself and its playback requirements.
Please take a look at this thread from the Mozilla Support Forums...whilst you may be using another browser the instructiosn for the Flash Player-related tweak are pertinent.
Give that a try and see if it helps; either way post back to let us know what the outcome was.
