Hello there!
The differences between the Best Buy version and the WSA - COMPLETE are:
Best Buy is a 3 user license, not 5
Best Buy does NOT provide Backup & Sync
Best Buy does NOT have the System Analyzer included, though you can have that run free of charge any time by calling Geek Squad.
That is pretty much it, but remember your primary support source is Geek Squad, not directly through Webroot with the Best Buy version.
I hope this helps!

Please make sure to read my reply here, and in your other post, fully. While you may indeed want to purchase Complete for the Backup & Sync, that is up to you.@ wrote:

I have a very important question: Have you already used your email address within the Best Buy version of WSA for ANY reason at all? This will complicate things a little bit when it comes to moving to WSA-Complete, but it CAN be handled.
