I am not quite sure as to what you mean by your question. You have purchased the WSA Complete version; is this a new purchase or where you using that version before?  If so then did you actually renew, i.e., add more time to your existing licence or did you get a bran new keycode with your purchase.

 

If you had an existing installation of WSA, i.e., a version post 2011 then there is no need to uninstall the 'current' version and install the new version. Webroot push out updates to all users with a valid subscription so all you need to do is to enter and activate your new keycode. It is the keycode that determines which features you can us, i.e., if yo were on the AntiVirus version and have now bought Complete license then entering and activating the new keycode will result in converting your existing installation to the Complete functionality.
